On the occasion of World Kidney Day, on Saturday, March 22, a free preventive kidney function test was successfully held in the central square of Pylos. The event lasted from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, allowing dozens of citizens to undergo tests and be informed about the importance of prevention and early diagnosis. <\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Blood tests and examinations were performed by specialized medical personnel from Falireas Medical laboratories, ensuring the reliability of the results. Kidney diseases often progress without obvious symptoms, making regular check-ups essential to prevent serious complications. As part of prevention and public awareness actions, Falireas Medical Laboratories implemented this initiative in collaboration with the Municipality of Pylos-Nestor. Preventive medicine is a key pillar for the promotion of public health, and corresponding initiatives will continue with the aim of raising awareness and improving the quality of life of citizens.

However, kidney diseases often develop silently, without obvious symptoms, which makes preventive screening even more necessary.
