DETECTION OF CORONAVIRUS DISEASE USING MOLECULAR PCR METHOD

At our diagnostic center in Kalamata, examinations for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 are performed by a privately owned analyzer of European origin, using the molecular PCR method. The analyzer is certified by the Pasteur Institute of France. Reliable and immediate results are given within an hour, at the most competitive prices. In addition, we perform antibody tests for SARS-CoV-2 IgM/IgG.

The Department of Microbiology, Hematology and Urology has two (2) Coulter HMX hematological analyzers, that can guarantee the delivery of the results to you or your doctor, even if a machine in our lab stops working.

DEPARTMENT OF BIOCHEMISTRY AND IMMUNOLOGY

The Biochemistry and Immunology Department features 5 different state-of-the-art medical analyzers, in order to provide the highest quality results for any kind of examination you do. Two of them were acquired in 2020.

OUR PARTNERS: We believe in specialization in order to be the best. That is why our Diagnostic Laboratories feature two (2) MD Microbiologists / Biopathologists, one (1) MD. Cytologist, one (1) Biomedical Scientist, two (2) Biologists, one (1) Molecular Biologist, one (1) Chemical Enginner, five (5) Medical Laboratory Technicians and three (3) administrative assistants, all fully qualified in their area of expertise.

Ιn 2016 the new ultra-modern cytology department was created. Its technological infrastructure includes three new state-of-the-art machines, a cytology machine, an ultrasound and a LED microscope, all 2016 models.

The main branch has state-of-the-art equipment such as the model of Abbott Alinity Ci production 2019 which which no private laboratory in the Peloponnese Region has.
